Terms of service
Boozuka is a tech, design and AI studio in Ludhiana: we build, design, automate and grow businesses with one in-house team.
How we work together: quotes, payments, timelines and ownership, in plain words.
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote that lists the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it.
Prices and payment
Prices on our pricing page are starting prices. Your final price is the one in your written quote. Payment terms (for example an advance and milestones) are stated in the quote. Ad spend, software subscriptions, domains, hosting and third-party fees are paid by you unless the quote says otherwise.
Timelines
Timelines depend on receiving your content, feedback and access on time. We will tell you early if a timeline needs to change.
Ownership
Once the project is paid, the final designs, website files and code made for you are yours. Ad accounts, domains and business profiles are set up in your name. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Results
We promise careful work, clear communication and honest reporting. We do not guarantee rankings, leads or sales, because these also depend on the market, competition and platforms we do not control.
Monthly services
Monthly services run for the plan length you choose. After that you can continue month to month or stop with notice as stated in your quote.
